Our Story
From Migrant to Movement
In 2011, I arrived in Australia as a migrant with nothing more than hope, determination, and a belief that a better future was possible.
Like many newcomers, I had to start from the beginning—building a new life, adapting to a different culture, and discovering where I belonged. Along the way, I immersed myself in personal development, becoming a certified mental coach and dedicating my life to helping people unlock their confidence, resilience, and potential.Since 2019, I have had the privilege of supporting countless individuals across Darwin through coaching, empowerment workshops. While volunteering within multicultural organisations, I helped develop one of Darwin's recognised multicultural fashion showcases. It was an inspiring experience—but I noticed something important. Many participants experienced confidence on the day of the event, yet once the runway ended, so did much of the support. The transformation was powerful, but it was often temporary. That question stayed with me:
How do we create empowerment that lasts beyond one event?
For the next six years, while continuing to volunteer in the community, I researched, developed, tested, and refined what would eventually become the C.R.O.W.N. Method™—a structured empowerment framework designed to help women build lasting confidence, leadership, personal growth, and community impact.
Today, Miss Multicultural NT™ is more than a pageant.
It is an empowerment movement that celebrates cultural diversity, develops confident leaders, and creates opportunities for women to grow long after the crown is awarded.
Because true empowerment is not built in a single day.
It is built for life.
